Amazon E-commerce Account Manager

As we continue to scale our e-commerce presence, we’re looking for an Amazon expert to own and optimize our Seller Central operations.
Position Summary:
We are seeking a results-driven Amazon E-commerce Account Manager with hands-on experience in the durable goods sector. This individual will be responsible for managing and growing our Amazon Seller Central accounts across SWCORP and ANZZI. Key areas of focus include PPC strategy, listing optimization, badge acquisition (Amazon’s Choice, Best Seller), content management, and account health.
This is a high-impact role supporting our national brand growth and revenue goals in one of our most critical online marketplaces.
Key Responsibilities:
Amazon Marketplace Management
Own daily operations for Amazon Seller Central accounts (SWCORP & ANZZI)
Optimize and manage listings to ensure keyword relevance, SEO, and high-quality A+ content
Monitor listing health, fix suppressed or flagged listings, and manage reinstatements
Maintain compliance with Amazon’s policies and performance standards
Badge Strategy & Category Management
Develop and execute strategies to acquire and maintain Amazon badges (Amazon’s Choice, Best Seller)
Analyze competitor positioning and industry trends within the durable goods space
Adapt content, pricing, and keyword strategies based on category performance
PPC Campaign Management
Launch, manage, and refine Sponsored Ads campaigns (branded & non-branded)
Track and improve performance metrics: ACOS, TACOS, ROAS, CTR, CPC
Strategically allocate budgets to drive profitable traffic and conversions
A+ Content & Creative Oversight
Lead development of Enhanced Brand Content (EBC), A+ content, and product imagery
Coordinate with internal creatives or agencies to meet Amazon standards and brand aesthetics
Build cohesive, conversion-optimized product pages
Deals & Promotions
Plan and submit Lightning Deals, Coupons, and Prime Day/seasonal promotions
Align promotional strategy with internal stakeholders for inventory and demand forecasting
Analytics & Reporting
Provide weekly reports on account performance, badge status, campaign ROI, and product visibility
Use tools such as Amazon Brand Analytics, Helium 10, Data Dive, and spreadsheets to uncover actionable insights
Monitor keyword rankings, buy box win rate, and customer feedback metrics
Qualifications:
3–5+ years of hands-on experience managing Amazon Seller Central accounts in durable goods or home improvement categories
Strong understanding of Amazon policies, compliance, and listing optimization best practices
Proven success with badge acquisition, A+ content development, and high-performing PPC campaigns
Proficiency in e-commerce analytics tools such as Helium 10, Brand Analytics, Data Dive, and Excel/Google Sheets
Ability to manage cross-functional projects involving supply chain, marketing, and customer support
Bonus: Experience with Amazon DSP, Attribution, or launching new products in competitive categories
