Manager/Supervisor

SWCORP is hiring a Marketing & Category Manager to drive digital sales across our eCommerce platforms through targeted marketing, PPC campaigns, and full website oversight. This role is responsible not just for traffic—but for converting it into sales, managing product/category performance, and continuously improving the look, speed, and functionality of our websites.

This is a performance-driven role that combines marketing execution with business ownership across key product lines.

Core Responsibilities

Sales Growth & Category Management

· Own revenue goals for assigned categories (e.g., tubs, toilets, vanities, etc.)

· Launch and manage product promotions, pricing updates, and inventory pushes

· Collaborate with supply chain and operations to ensure categories are in stock, priced competitively, and properly prioritized

· Track category-level KPIs including sales, conversion rate, average order value, margin, and months-on-hand

Website Management & Optimization

· Manage and improve all company-owned websites (Shopify) with a focus on layout, UX, and conversion

· Build and maintain homepages, collection pages, landing pages, and product listings

· Optimize site speed, mobile responsiveness, and checkout flow

· Lead efforts to implement CRO strategies, Shopify apps, and on-site A/B testing

PPC, Amazon Ads & Campaigns

· Create and manage Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Amazon PPC campaigns

· Launch and optimize Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Display Ads

· Ensure campaigns align with category goals, inventory availability, and margin targets

· Monitor ad performance and continuously improve based on ROAS, CPC, and conversion data

Full-Funnel Execution & Reporting

· Plan and execute email marketing, SEO updates, and promotional calendars

· Analyze and report on website and ad performance including traffic, bounce rate, conversion rate, and sales performance

· Coordinate with product, logistics, creative, and customer service teams to ensure marketing efforts align with real-time business needs

· Take ownership of digital growth and sales performance by category

Requirements

· 4–6+ years of experience in marketing, eCommerce, or category management

· Demonstrated success driving digital sales across Shopify or similar platforms

· Advanced knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Amazon PPC

· Experience managing product/category performance—pricing, sales, and margin

· Strong understanding of website performance, UX best practices, and conversion optimization

· Analytical skills with ability to make data-informed decisions

· Clear communication and team coordination skills

Preferred Experience

· Background in durable goods, home improvement, or bath/kitchen products

· Familiarity with GA4, Klaviyo, GTM, Helium10, Brand Analytics

· Shopify theme experience or basic HTML/CSS is a plus

· Previous exposure to Acumatica, Salsify, or similar tools is helpful
