Demand Planner
Position Overview
The Supply Chain & Demand Planning Analyst will play a critical role in driving inventory accuracy, forecasting demand across multiple channels, optimizing supplier performance, and supporting purchasing and planning decisions. The ideal candidate will bring deep analytical skills, a strong understanding of e-commerce and durable goods, and hands-on experience with supplier negotiations and ERP systems.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain demand forecasts for multi-channel sales (Amazon, Wayfair, Home Depot, DTC, etc.)
Analyze sales trends and market data to ensure inventory levels are aligned with forecasted demand
Create and manage KPI dashboards in Excel and Power BI to support executive decision-making
Identify inventory risk (overstock, understock) and make proactive recommendations
Manage supplier performance including on-time delivery, order accuracy, and cost
Lead supplier negotiations to secure favorable pricing and improve cost savings
Collaborate with sourcing, logistics, product, and finance teams to support product launches and replenishment cycles
Audit purchase orders for accuracy and track order fulfillment through ERP systems (Acumatica, NetSuite, SAP)
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to manage product lifecycle transitions and slow-moving inventory
Drive continuous improvement in forecasting accuracy and supply chain efficiency
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in supply chain, demand planning, or procurement within the e-commerce or durable goods industries
Strong experience with major e-commerce platforms or retail channels such as Amazon, Home Depot, Lowe’s, or Wayfair
Proficient in Excel (including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, dashboards) and Power BI
Working knowledge of ERP systems (Acumatica, NetSuite, or SAP strongly preferred)
Proven ability to negotiate with both domestic and international suppliers
Experience managing inventory KPIs and driving cost-saving initiatives
Strong organizational and project management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Must be based in Miami, FL
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Analytics, or related field
Experience with BOMs, new product forecasting, and supplier onboarding
Familiarity with the home improvement/luxury product sector
